Last-mile delivery optimization

For a logistics operator, we rebuilt the last-mile experience — smarter routing, real-time tracking, and cleaner operational workflows — making deliveries more reliable, faster, and cheaper to run at scale.

The challenge

Routes were planned manually and couldn't react to real conditions. Deliveries ran late, cost per drop was high, and neither dispatchers nor customers had reliable visibility into where things were. As volume grew, the cracks widened.

Our approach

We built a route-optimization engine that plans efficient routes against real constraints, paired it with a driver app and dispatch dashboard for live visibility, and fed everything from a telematics data pipeline so decisions are based on what's actually happening on the road.

  • Vehicle-routing optimization (VRP) accounting for traffic, time windows, and vehicle capacity.
  • Driver mobile app with turn-by-turn routing, proof of delivery, and status updates.
